Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen is one of the biggest family run restaurant operations in America, the Seafood Kitchen being only one of a number of restaurants under the Pappas name.
The Pappas brothers opened their very first restaurant in 1976, but the family’s relationship with good food goes back much further, to when their grandfather came to America from Greece in 1897. He opened restaurants in Arkansas, Tennessee and Texas and his grandsons have followed in his footsteps. There are now more than 80 Pappas food outlets across seven states, each of which are privately owned and operated. The Seafood Kitchen offers fresh fish and authentic Louisiana style seafood to diners.
